rates may change due to increased costs in labor,
repairs, and insurance we feel that the most appropriate
means of implementing of a fuel surcharge is to
synchronize the charge with actual fuel cost
fluctuation. Our formula eliminates the possibility of
overcharging our customers when fuel prices return to
lower levels.

surcharge will be applied to ground and air services
only.
